Every TheTidbit bag is handmade to order with care. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and photos — we'll help resolve it.
Return shipping cost
Reverse pickup is charged as a fixed return cost (deducted from your refund or paid at pickup, as confirmed on WhatsApp):
- Retail / single product: ₹150 fixed
- Bulk orders up to 1 kg: ₹150
- Bulk orders over 1 kg: ₹350
